Patient Information

We take insurances as both in and out-of-network providers. Most insurance plans cover your initial consultation under specialty copay or coinsurance. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefits and submit insurance claims on your behalf.  As insurance plans vary, it would be our pleasure to assist you with questions regarding your insurance during your initial visit.

Services such as dietary supplements, cupping, and magnet therapy are not covered by insurance and require out-of-pocket payment.


Payments Accepted: For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks with ID.

FSA/HSA/HRA: Acupuncture may be an eligible expense with Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, etc. Please check with your benefits administrator if you need additional documentation to substantiate the expense.

We are here to support you either in our office or from the comfort of your own home. Please visit Telehealth Services for video conferencing therapies and Services for in-person therapies.

The safety and health of our patients remain our top priority and responsibility. For this reason, we continue to go above and beyond CDC and OSHA Infection Control policies and guidelines. Please review this information before visiting our office. 

Patient Appointments & Information: 

  • Patients who exhibit new and unexplained fever, chills, cough, breathing issues, headache, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nasal congestion, fatigue, or any other cold or flu symptoms are asked not to enter our office until 14 days after all symptoms have resolved. We are happy to support you through our telehealth services.

  • Masks or face coverings are required before entering our office and for the duration of your appointment.

  • We suggest you bring your own writing pen in case you need to complete forms.

  • Please refrain from bringing visitors to our office. For exemptions, please call 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 

  • Temperature screening will be performed with a touch-less thermometer at each visit. 

  • Please use hand sanitizers throughout the center.

  • Schedule availability has been adjusted to avoid patient-to-patient interaction. Please arrive 5 minutes in advance, but no earlier than 15 minutes prior, to your appointment. If you cannot arrive by your scheduled appointment time, please call us to ensure we can safely accommodate you.

  • Free parking is available across the street at Walter Johnson High School until school is back in session.

Office Procedures:

  • All staff are screened daily with temperature checks and equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment.

  • All cleaning and disinfecting are performed using CDC approved hospital-grade products. After every treatment, we disinfect all office and treatment room furnishings including, but not limited to, door handles, light switches, counters, walls around treatment beds, treatment tables and beds, desks, chairs, stools, floors, and other areas of patient contact.

  • Whole room UVC germicidal system used to disinfect treatment rooms between patients.

  • Hospital-grade air purifiers run 24/7 to capture airborne bacteria and viruses as small as 0.1 microns.

  • Clear partitions are installed at reception and consultation desks.

  • All medical and linen supplies are single use. 

  • Curbside pickup is available for all herbal supplements and products. 

Patients may continue with their planned treatments safely at this time. We will keep you informed of any developments that might impact the current recommendations.
