Patient Information

We take insurances as both in and out-of-network providers. Most insurance plans cover your initial consultation under specialty copay or coinsurance. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefits and submit insurance claims on your behalf.  As insurance plans vary, it would be our pleasure to assist you with questions regarding your insurance during your initial visit.  You may also submit an inquiry through our insurance verification form.

Services such as dietary supplements, cupping, and magnet therapy are not covered by insurance and require out-of-pocket payment.


Payments Accepted: For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks with ID.

FSA/HSA/HRA: Acupuncture may be an eligible expense with Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, etc. Please check with your benefits administrator if you need additional documentation to substantiate the expense.

We are here to support you either in our office or from the comfort of your own home. Please visit Telehealth Services for video conferencing therapies and Services for in-person therapies.

The safety and health of our patients and staff remain our top priority and responsibility. For this reason, we continue to go above and beyond CDC and OSHA Infection Control policies and guidelines. Please review this information before visiting our office.  For patients who may not be able to visit our office, we are happy to support you through our telehealth services.

Patient Appointments & Information: 

  • Masks or face coverings are required before entering our office and for the duration of your appointment.

  • We suggest you bring your own writing pen in case you need to complete forms.

  • Please refrain from bringing visitors to our office. For exemptions, please call 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 

  • Temperature screening will be performed with a touchless thermometer at each visit. 

  • Please use hand sanitizers in our center.

  • Schedule availability has been adjusted to avoid patient-to-patient interaction. Please arrive 5 minutes in advance, but no earlier than 15 minutes prior, to your appointment. If you cannot arrive by your scheduled appointment time, please call us to ensure we can safely accommodate you.

  • Free parking is available across the street at Walter Johnson High School until school is back in session.

  • Patients who exhibit any of the potential COVID-19 symptoms as defined by the CDC are asked to refrain from visiting our office.

  • Patients who have traveled domestically or internationally using public transportation are asked to refrain from visiting our office for 14 days after they return home. 

  • Patient who have traveled to high risk states are asked to self-quarantine for 14 days before coming to our center.

  • Patients who test positive for COVID-19 are asked not to enter our office until they have received 2 consecutive negative tests.

Office Procedures:

  • All staff are screened daily with temperature checks and equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment.

  • Disinfecting is performed using CDC approved hospital-grade products. After each use, we disinfect office and treatment room furnishings including, but not limited to, door handles, light switches, counters, walls around treatment beds, treatment beds, desks, chairs, stools, floors, and other areas of patient contact.

  • Whole room UVC germicidal system used to disinfect treatment rooms.

  • Hospital-grade air purifiers run 24/7 to capture airborne bacteria and viruses as small as 0.1 microns.

  • Schedule availability is limited to avoid patient-to-patient interactions.

  • Comprehensive consultations and evaluations are scheduled as telehealth visits.

  • Clear partitions are installed at reception and consultation desks.

  • All medical and linen supplies are single use.

  • Curbside pickup is available for all herbal supplements and products.

Patients may continue with their planned treatments safely at this time. We will keep you informed of any developments that might impact the current recommendations.
