We have been treating patients with Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) and have been seeing great results! Studies show that PBMT, also commonly known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLT) or Red Light Therapy (RLT), provides increased benefits for fertility patients.
The benefits of PBMT include the following:
Better egg quality - PBMT has been found to slow the natural aging process and improve egg quality as a result.
Improved fertilization - PBMT boosts fertilization by increasing the primary energy source for cells as well as increasing oxygenated blood flow to reproductive areas.
This noninvasive and natural method has been successful worldwide. Clinics in Denmark and Norway have been successfully treating fertility patients with PBMT since 2012. In 2019, these clinics went on to publish an article detailing the results of a study they conducted, which aimed to look at the effects of PBMT on fertility. This study included 400 women who had already tried other methods to promote fertilization — diet, exercise, counseling, hormonal treatments, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) — with no results. After trying PBMT however, 65% of these women were able to conceive, most within 1 to 3 months.
Furthermore, other fertility studies have shown that acupuncture also greatly increases conception rates. Women who receive acupuncture treatments have even been found to conceive twice as fast than those who did not get treatment.
By coupling acupuncture with PBMT, we hope to achieve even greater results. In addition to these therapies, it is recommended that fertility patients follow other natural methods such as:
Moderate exercise
Sleeping 7-8 hours a night
Yoga and Meditation for stress reduction
Eating whole and unprocessed food
Having a positive attitude
