Inclement Weather: Cancellation Policy

With the first mention of 'flurries' and 'snow' in the forecast, there's no time like now to share our inclement weather policies:

Snow or shine, we remain open to support you
In the rare chance our building loses power during a storm, you will be contacted immediately via email and phone
For our patients who do not wish to travel in potential inclement weather, we recommend you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more in advance so we may assist you with rescheduling to a time that is more convenient for you
Patients who choose to cancel in advance are always welcome to call the same day to inquire about appointment availability should the forecast change
Please call or email to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time to avoid a $80 fee
